The ParkMyBike app is easy to download in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Create an account

You can easily create an account in the app with an email address and password. Do not forget to confirm this via the e-mail you receive. (Also check your Spam)

Add your payment details

Confirm the payment details and you can get started right away. Book a safe and open it easily via the app. The payments (link to payments and support) are then automatic.

Rent safe

Reserve a safe

Select a location and reserve a safe. You can do this free of charge up to one hour before you start using the safe.

Renting a bike safe

When standing next to the safe, you can easily open it via the ParkMyBike app. Put your bike in it, possibly plug it into the charging point and close the safe manually. The rental starts automatically and when you return you can open the safe again through the app.

See live availability

In the ParkMyBike app you can always see live how many lockers are still available and reserve a locker. This way you'll never be dissapointed when arriving at the location In addition, unused reservations are automatically cancelled. After all, the safes are there to used.
