Open the search screen
Tap 'Find a location' to get started.
Pick a location
Choose the location where you want to park your bike.
Book a locker
Stay on the Locker tab and tap 'View' under Rental.
Confirm your payment details
The first time we ask for a payment method. Tap 'Confirm payment method'.
Choose a payment method
Choose iDEAL or Card. We charge €0.01 once to verify your account.
Complete the check
Complete the €0.01 payment with your own bank and tap 'Pay'.
Finish the verification
Your bank account is confirmed. Tap 'Finish verification'.
Confirm your reservation
Check the price per hour, the daily maximum and the cancellation fee, then tap 'Reserve'.
Your locker is booked
Your reservation is shown on the home screen, with the locker number and the time it expires.
